California Consumer Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

Scope
This California Consumer Privacy Notice applies to EVA Live Inc. (“EVA Live,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its subsidiary product, FastQuote Direct (“FQD”). This notice applies solely to California residents (“consumers” or “you”) under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
Categories of Personal Information Collected

EVA Live and FastQuote Direct may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, IP address
  • Personal Records: Information submitted through forms or interactions with EVA, including financial details such as debt ranges, income ranges, ZIP code, and related information
  • Commercial Information: Records of services, offers, or products you explored or were matched with
  • Internet Activity: Browsing behavior, session data, device and interaction information
  • Geolocation Data: Approximate location derived from IP address
  • Inferences: Preferences, intent signals, and characteristics derived from your interactions
Sources of Personal Information

Personal information is collected from:

  • Directly from you through FastQuote Direct interactions, forms, or conversations with EVA
  • Automatically through your use of our websites, applications, and services
  • Third-party partners, data providers, and service providers
Purpose for Collecting Personal Information

EVA Live and FastQuote Direct use personal information to:

  • Operate and improve the FastQuote Direct platform and EVA AI systems
  • Match users with relevant providers, offers, and services
  • Enable real-time conversations and lead qualification
  • Communicate with you, including via calls, texts, and email where permitted
  • Personalize experiences and optimize performance
  • Detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, including operational, legal, and compliance requirements.
Authorized Agents
California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. Proof of authorization and identity verification may be required.
